Crazy Loon Distillery isn't a factory. It's a laboratory for flavor, located in the quiet hills of Chester. We believe that great spirits require two things: patience and a refusal to cut corners.
Every batch is distilled in small copper runs, allowing us to control the character of the spirit from the first drop to the last. We are neighbors to the Schroon River, and we draw inspiration from the landscape that surrounds us.
We source locally grown grains and botanicals whenever possible. Quality starts in the soil, not the still.
Our copper pot stills are charged in small batches. This allows for precise cuts, ensuring only the purest heart of the spirit is collected.
Whether aged in oak or rested in glass, we respect the timeline. No shortcuts. No flash. Just time and temperature.
